Work Experience: Previous experience working in the bluk actives / API manufacturing industry
Job profile: Responsible for ensuring facility, equipment, product and processes adhere to quality standards under the WHO/GMP, EU-GMP and GLP schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure maintenance and proper functioning of all equipment, utilities and facilities of the Company
Ensure creation of documentation relating to facilities, utilities, equipment installation, operation, maintenance and calibration is maintained.
Contribute to the creation of validation and qualification documents of the new API plant
Contribute to internal audits
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
Considerable knowledge and experience working in the Mainenance function of API/Bulk Drug Manufacturing Plants
Considerable knowledge of production processes
Working knowledge of EQ - IQ/OQ/PQ and facility validation
General direction provided by technical director of the company, reporting directly to mangament
