Work Experience: Previous experience working in the manufacturing industry or in the logistics industry, 1-3 years
Job profile: Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing, tracking and reporting of all documentation and movement of goods both inward and outward; domestic and international.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure Manager is informed daily on receipt of inward and outbound shipments of the company
Ensure all delays and issues are informed and corrective action is taken.
Maintain updated records and reports of all export/import/courier shipments
Maintain records and reports of dispatches
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
Working knowledge of EXIM documentation and reporting.
Knowledge of EXIM procedures
Willingness to learn and adapt to the operations and admin of fine chemicals/pharmaceutical/bulk drugs
Routine supervision by Admin Manager
